The belles mamans classes are taught by our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team. Our exciting variety includes inspiring discussion groups, informative classes, invigorating workouts, and dynamic play-groups.
The belles mamans Spa provides an escape…a little time for you to relax and be pampered! Our treatments will ease your worries away. Rachel specializes in massages for pregnant women.
The belles mamans Play-Care program is offered at select times. Your little one will be well looked after while you enjoy a class or a well-deserved massage.
The belles mamans Boutique is filled with items for mom and baby alike. We carry great organic products. And we have a wonderful assortment of gifts and gift baskets!
