Cancellation Policies
Cancellations by belles mamans
In the event of TEACHER SICKNESS, we will do our best to contact you at least 2 hours before the start of the class. We will attempt to re-schedule the missed class. In the case where a make-up class cannot be scheduled, a refund will be issued.
In the event of a SNOW STORM, we will do our best to contact you at least 2 hours before the start of the class - although this is sometimes difficult as weather can be unpredictable. If you are unsure, please call us or check our website!
Should belles mamans need to cancel a class session or workshop, a refund will be issued. You will be notified of this change by phone.
