If your child has a fever, or any type of contagious condition, including cough, cold, diarrhea or head lice, belles mamans reserves the right to send your child home.
MEDICATION POLICY
Non-prescription medications will only be administered with a completed belles mamans Medication Release Form on file. All medications must be in the original packaging.
Prescription medications will only be administered with a completed belles mamans Medication Release Form on file. All medication must be in the original packaging. The child's name, medication name, dosage, and times to administer must be clearly stated by the physician on such packaging.
All medications must be stored in a locked box while at belles mamans Play-Care. Please remember to ask a staff member to return your medication before you leave.
REGISTRATION
Prior to your child’s first belles mamans Play-Care session, you must fill out a registration form and Medication Release Form if needed.
